Mukhtar Xasan Cabdi , the course lecturer, is a professional human resource manager and lecturer.. In addition, Mukhtar served as a senior human resource officer for ActionAid, and he has professional experience on management. He is also a lecturer on Business law, Procurement and management at several universities. He has Master of business administration and Bachelor of commerce.
