This course is meant to provide a general introduction to the business legal environment that affects individuals, businesses, and business transactions. This course will focus on specific legal topics such as contracts, business organizations, agency and insurance contracts.

Mukhtar Xasan Cabdi , the course
lecturer, is a professional human resource manager and lecturer.. In addition,
Mukhtar served as a senior human resource officer for ActionAid, and he has
professional experience on management. He is also a lecturer on Business law, Procurement
and management at several universities. He has Master of business administration
and Bachelor of commerce.
