KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Drive sales of skin, hair, aesthetic, and treatment packages. * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. * Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion rates and client
retention. * Monitor sales performance, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing and clinic teams to generate and
convert leads. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates. * Ensure exceptional customer experience and ethical sales
practices. * Present performance updates and action plans to management. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts. SKILLS * Strong sales, leadership, and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and customer relationship management
abilities. * Analytical, target-driven, and performance-focused. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Skills and qualifications REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management,
or a related field. * 5–8 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a
managerial role. * Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare, wellness, or
