| Job Requirement | Job description Purpose of the
Job: To support in the day-to-day activities of human rights education
activities and projects. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Support in conducting research and needs assessment using approved
tools and writing reports; Support the on the development of human rights
education/training manuals; Support in collecting and analysis of information
relevant for manual development; Support in research and identification of
various ways of delivering the human rights education and trainings including
designing workshops, seminars, conferences, etc; Assist in delivering human
rights education and training for identified groups using the prepared
material, resources, and schedules; Track the implementation of new tools,
methodologies and materials designed by content development team and provide
status update to supervisor; Support in updating the central system of training
schedules to monitor progress of plans; Support in collection and analysis of
disaggregated data regarding human rights education; Support in collection and
analysis of feedback on the training to measure the true effectiveness of the
human rights training programs; Support thematic teams in development of
promotional and awareness raising materials; Contribute to the revision of existing
human rights education materials; Participate in a discussion forum with
trainers to have a shared understanding of best practice in human rights
education; Participate in relevant working groups/committees, staff meetings;
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor Skills and
qualifications Qualifications and Experience: LLB/LLM in Law, Human Rights Law, International Law Zero years of experience for LLM holders 2 years relevant experience for LLB or 6-12 months participation on Young Leaders Program (Internship Program) Computer literate Knowledge of Amharic and English is required Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous Requirement Skill Time management Analytical skills Communication Attention to detail Problem solving How to apply Interested
