the Terms and Conditions section of this vacancy announcement). KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive, within delegated
authority): Support Cooperating Partners (CPs) in planning and conducting full
household biometric registration based on appropriate targeting criteria.
Ensure biometric registration tools hardware and software are available, and
functional at field sites with the latest approved Apps. Coordinate with CPs, CBT & IDM Programme Learning, Monitoring
& Evaluation (PLME) and Activity Leads to plan to implement biometric
verification exercises in line with WFP’s Global Assurance Guidelines. Lead
field-level support during verification, reporting on the verification outcomes
and actions taken. Adjudicate and deduplicate identities in SCOPE to ensure that each
beneficiary is uniquely enrolled and linked to the correct intervention type.
Flag and resolve duplicate or incomplete records with CPs. Maintain an updated
log of adjudication and data correction activities for audit and reference. Provide on-the-job training and refresher sessions to CP staff
based on approved SOPs and guidelines for biometric registration and verification
to ensure CPs adhere to WFP identity management standards. Maintain effective coordination with TEC AO Activity Leads and CP
focal points to ensure smooth planning and execution of full household
registration and beneficiary verification. In collaboration with PLME, organize monitoring plans and visit the
accessible registration/ verification sites to assess the compliance to the
SOPs and guidance. Report the finds to the AO Head of Programme and Activity
leads for improvements. Complete all internal reporting and contribute to
external reporting obligations, including daily reports, updates, sit-reps,
monthly reviews, and donor reports. Identify lessons learned and best practices for use in future WFP
cash and food programme interventions. Provide technical support to field teams on the use of CBT and IDM
tools and systems. Ensure all registration data is complete and meets WFP quality and
protection standards. Immediately report any data protection breaches
operational risks or inconsistencies in the use of biometric data. Skills and qualifications QUALIFICATIONS AND LANGUAGE: ·
Education: Completion
of secondary school education OR University degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in degree
in Social Sciences, International Development, Business Administration, or a
related field. ·
Experience: At least four (4) years of relevant experience with a secondary
school certificate or University degree, (Diploma/Bachelor’s) with a minimum of two
(2) or more years of experience in CBBT/IDM or related
fields. Languages: Fluency (level C) in English language and
Somali Language. ·
