office in London, UK. Opportunity Pharo Secondary
School Sheikh is seeking a dedicated and well-organized Assistant Administrator
to support the School Administrator to oversee the smooth running of
non-academic operations. This role involves providing day-to-day administrative
and logistical support to the teams under general services, which include
maintenance, kitchen, security, drivers, and cleaners. Key
Responsibilities: • Support the School Administrator
with scheduling, record-keeping, and communication. • Assist in coordinating the
activities and requests from the maintenance, kitchen, security, transport, and
cleaning teams. • Follow up on work
orders, supply needs, and logistics with relevant teams. • Draft memos, reports, and other
administrative documents. Assist in managing office supplies
and procurement needs for general services. • Provide support
in organizing meetings, visits, and internal events related to operations. • Strive
for operational excellence and assist in maintaining a well-organised and
hygienic school environment. • Act
as a dorm parent and maintain a proximity with the students at nights • Provide
support with other boarding-related duties as required • Perform
any other duties as assigned by the School Administrator. Skills and qualifications Required Qualifications and
Experience • Diploma
or bahelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. • Previous
administrative experience is highly desirable. • Strong
organisational and multitasking skills. • Excellent
verbal and written communication in English and Somali. Somalia-focused employment website • Proficiency
in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. • Prior
experience working in a school or similar institutional environment. Behavioural and Technical Attributes • Ability
