Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (8 hours/day) Contract

Responsibilities: - Oversee
daily operations in retail and B2B business lines - Manage
logistics, inventory, supplier coordination, and customer fulfillment - Supervise
staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring - Draft
and manage operational reports, documentation, and commercial contracts - Enforce
SOPs and ensure internal compliance and quality control - Support
strategic planning and execution of business improvement initiatives Skills
and qualifications Requirements: - Minimum
5 years of proven experience in operations, logistics, or retail management - Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field - Excellent
report writing, documentation, and contract handling skills - Strong
leadership, discipline, and organizational ability - Proficient
in MS Office, POS, and inventory systems - Fluent
in Somali and English How
