in analyzing and developing product sales journeys for Innovii VAS services. ·
Maintain
and update client information and track progress in CRM tools. ·
Collect
field data on user satisfaction, service uptake, and sales patterns. ·
Help
refine customer conversion strategies through journey analysis. ·
Collaborate
with the HBD and Marketing Assistant to align outreach and product campaigns. ·
Support
overall Innovii product expansion across sectors like health, education, and
digital services. Skills and qualifications ·
Qualifications,
Experience & Required Soft Skills ·
Bachelors
in Business, Sales, or Marketing. ·
1–2
years of experience in sales, field operations, or customer service. ·
Strong
interpersonal skills, field-readiness, and a client-focused attitude. ·
Knowledge
of structured sales approaches and customer lifecycle analysis. ·
Proficient
in Somali and English (spoken and written). ·
Problem-solving ·
Active
listening and follow-up ·
Time
management and self-organization ·
