COORDINATOR – QETC EDUCATION AND TRAINING CONSULTANCY (QETC)

QETC is an education consultancy with industry recognition and reputation. We assist to guide international students who want to pursue their higher education in Malaysia. We started as a pioneering effort to ensure that aspiring students across the world have access to the quality education of Malaysian Universities. We ensure that perspective students are equipped with the information required to enroll to Malaysian universities.

QETC is dedicated to promote quality education by giving high consideration for professional and ethical standards. To achieve that, it provides complete consultancy services for applicants who are seeking Malaysian higher education. QETC has well established offices in Malaysia, Kenya, Somalia, Somaliland, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Reports to: Manager of the Office

ROLE PURPOSE and Duties:

·         QETC stakeholders’ coordination

·         Coordinate and Organize events of QETC

·         Counseling Potential applicants.

·         Answering queries of the potential applicants and stakeholders.

·         Convincing and closing potential applicants

·         Maintaining and updating company databases.

·         Scheduling appointments of the high-level visitors and guests.

·         Other tasks and duties assigned by the manager of the office. 

Skills and qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREINCES 

-          Bachelor Degree in Business/Management, Education or any related field.

-          Minimum of two years of experience

-          Computer Skills

-          Requires good communication skills and judgement to negotiate with partners.

-          Good communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Somali

-          Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.

-          Well planned and organized even within a fluid working environment and has a capacity for initiative and decision making with competent analytical and problem-solving skills

-          Excellent interpersonal skills

-          Ability to meet deadlines

-          Committed, honest and
