Objectives

The objective of this TOR is to recruit highly skilled technical experts across multiple disciplines to efficiently and effectively implement projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs that meet and exceed client expectations.

Scope of Work

• ·         Technical experts will be responsible for:
• ·         Providing expert advice and innovative solutions in specific technical areas.
• ·         Conducting research, surveys, data analysis, and preparing high-quality reports.
• ·         Developing proposals, designing project plans, and ensuring milestones are achieved.
• ·         Leading or participating in specific project components.      
• ·         Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• ·         Upholding Allscope Innovation and Consultant’s standards for quality, ethics, and transparency.

  Skills and qualifications

Key Qualifications and Skills

• ·         An advanced degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
• ·         A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the specified area of expertise.
• ·         Demonstrated success in project implementation and technical proficiency.
• ·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ·         Ability to adapt and work effectively in dynamic environments.
• ·         Experience with international agencies, NGOs, or governmental organizations is highly desirable.
