We Are Hiring: Video Editor & Graphic Designer

At GOLIS Real Estate we specialize in connecting buyers and sellers through compelling visual storytelling. We believe in showcasing every property in its best feature, and we’re looking for a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to help us create engaging video and graphic content for our real estate listings and marketing campaigns on social media.

The Role:

As a Video Editor & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and posting high-quality video content,

Duty Location : and you will be based in GOLIS REAL ESTATE HQ office in Hodan Hills, Macalin Haaruun, Hargeisa, Somaliland.

Duty station: HQ Office, Hodan Hills, Hargeisa, Somaliland.

Contract duration: 12 months with 2 months of probation period.

Work schedule: Full-time

Start date: 1st January 2025.

Deadline for applications: 21st December 2024

Requirements:

·         Experience filming and editing real estate videos (property tours, walkthroughs, promotional clips).

·         Strong graphic design skills for social media, websites, and digital marketing materials.

·         Familiarity with social media platforms and how to optimize video and graphic content for each platform.

·         Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

·         Knowledge of 3D rendering or virtual tour technologies would be an added value.

Key Responsibilities & tasks:

·          Video Production: Travel to property locations to shoot high-quality video & photos tours, highlight reels, and promotional content.

·          Video Editing: Edit video footage to create polished, engaging content for use on social media, Company website and other marketing channels.

·          Graphic Design: Design eye-catching social media graphics, web banners, and digital ads to promote listings and campaigns.

·          Social Media

Management: Post edited videos and graphics across multiple platforms (TikTok, Facebook,

WhatsApp, etc.) and monitor engagement.

·          Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos, graphics, and posts align with the company’s brand identity and Logo.

Skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, ICT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
