Skills and Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

v Bachelor’s Degree in English, TESOL or a related field.

v Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in TESOL (Masters preferred).

v Native or native-like speaking proficiency.

v SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

v Previous classroom teaching experience.

v High degree of digital literacy.

v The ability and desire to work with language learners, showing empathy and awareness of

v challenges and knowledge of curricular objectives.

v Outstanding interpersonal skills – able to promote a collaborative team atmosphere.

v Skill in developing curriculum responsive to the needs of NC students.

v A positive attitude, a kind regard for others, and a good sense of humor.

How to apply

COMPENSATION

Range of $300 to $1200 per month based on number of classes taught.
