Job Requirement | Maintain and monitor project plans, schedule, work hours, budget,
and expenditures, as well as prepare quarterly methodological planning for
activities and tasks with key milestones, timelines, and deliverables in line
with activities. Oversee the implementation of activities, as the duration of the
project is six months Ensure that the implemented
activities meet the strategic objectives of the project and are aligned with
indicators, mobility, opportunity, and volatility statics and key performance
indicators. Draft TORs to recruit needed experts, consultants and trainers Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop
solutions Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary
materials are current, properly filed and stored Communicate with clients to identify and define project
requirements, scope, and objectives Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing
cost-saving measures Writing Reports such as weekly and monthly on project basis. Write project proposals and engage with donors to raise funding. Skills and Qualifications v He or She should have a Bachelor's Degree in Law or other social
sciences. v Should have experience working on child rights issues. v Candidate must have the tolerance to safeguard child rights and
full commitment. v Very fluent in English. v Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining
strong relationships v Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills v Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities v Documentation management and ability to use project management
tools v Attention to detail even under pressure v Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. v Expertise in project proposal writing.
