Operations Manager

The Operations manager is responsible for overseeing the transportations of all quad bikes. They will ensure that services are provided according to schedule and are done with accordance with the company’s business model and the customer’s needs.  They will supervise, monitor, train all drivers, ensure drivers know their routes, and keep track of vehicle maintenance needs.   He/She will manage schedules, confirm service disruptions, accidents and complaints, and file reports in accordance with the company’s policy and legal requirements. Must possess a valid Somaliland driver's license.

Skills & Qualifications

Must have previous experience in management, preferably in a transportation company.

BA in Business Management, Operations, or similar relevant field.

Strong computer skills

Well organized and able to diffuse difficult situations.

Manage customer relations, great communications skills in Somali and English
